Service menu
Six ways we print your event, live.
Most vendors bring one trick. A full-service live printing company should let you match the method to the crowd, the product, and the room. Here is the complete Merch Troop menu — mix stations on a single contract.
Live DTF apparel station
Our core format. Direct-to-film transfers press full-color artwork — gradients, photos, sponsor lockups — onto tees, hoodies, and totes in under a minute per piece. Guests pick a design and a garment; operators press and hand off warm. Best all-around choice for 100–1,500 guests.
Hat bar & patch press
A curated wall of Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps plus a patch menu — leatherette, chenille, woven. Guests build combinations; we press them at the table. The highest perceived-value station per dollar, and the one guests photograph most.
Live screen printing
The classic flood-and-pull, performed in front of the crowd. Ideal when the moment matters as much as the merch — poster drops, single-design launches, brand anniversaries. One to three ink colors, prepped on screens before event day.
Embroidery & monograms
Commercial machines stitch names, initials, and small logos onto caps, polos, robes, and bags while guests watch. Slower per piece than a press, so we schedule it for premium moments: VIP gifting, retail personalization, incentive trips.
Laser engraving
Camera straps, bottles, keychains, and metal goods engraved with names or handles in seconds. Smoke-free enclosed units run safely indoors. Pairs well with an apparel station as a second line for non-apparel guests.
UV DTF stickers & hard goods
Peel-and-press UV transfers wrap tumblers, phone cases, and rigid swag with glossy full-color graphics — no heat, no cure time. A fast add-on station that clears 100+ pieces an hour with one operator.
Station specs
What every station needs from your venue.
Footprint
A standard station fits a 10×10 ft space: press tables, garment staging, and a guest-facing counter. Double-format builds want 10×20.
Power
One dedicated 20-amp, 120V circuit per press. We carry our own cords and surge protection; we just need the outlet marked on the floor plan.
Timing
Crew arrives at least one hour before doors for build and test prints. Teardown takes about 45 minutes after close.
