The bar is higher when the CMO is in the building. Corporate bookings get our most buttoned-up format: clean station design, brand-approved art only, and a run-of-show that respects the agenda.
Corporate events are our largest category, and the reason is simple: swag closets fail. Pre-ordered merch means guessing sizes, over-ordering to be safe, and shipping boxes of leftover mediums to a storage unit. A live station flips the model — every piece is printed for a person who chose it, in their size, while they watched.
Where it fits on the agenda
The station works hardest during unstructured time: registration mornings, cocktail receptions, expo hours, and the wind-down after a general session. For a typical summit we open with a pre-printed starter wall so early guests grab-and-go, then shift to printing on demand as the crowd builds. For multi-day programs, day one is apparel and day two adds a personalization pass — names or initials on the gear guests already claimed.
What corporate planners ask us first
- Can legal approve the art in advance? Yes — every design is proofed and locked before event day. Guest-choice menus draw only from the approved set.
- Will it hold 400 people? One press serves 250–400 guests across a few hours; we scale presses and staff to your headcount so the line stays social, not painful.
- Does it work in a hotel ballroom? It is our native habitat. We need a 10×10 footprint, one 20-amp circuit per press, and a dock window — all arranged with your venue contact directly.
Products that land with a professional crowd
Bella+Canvas 3001 tees remain the volume favorite, but corporate crowds increasingly go for Richardson 112 caps with leatherette patches, quarter-zips with a stitched monogram, and laser-engraved drinkware for the guests who will not wear a logo. A two-product menu covers 95% of a mixed room.
